What makes us special

There is a lot more than meets the eye to how our street food is made. Our salads are cut fresh just before every event, our breads comes straight from the local bakery, and our wood kiln is on our family farm in Kent.

We have a strong belief in customer service and pride ourselves in having excellent communication with our customers and staff. We train our staff in house; they learn the ropes behind the wood-fire rotisserie and how to deliver professional service.

​

Our street food truck has been custom designed by the owners, and kitted out with the best equipment and oven that money can buy. Our Modern tow truck is extremely reliable and you will never have to worry about us breaking down ( Unlike some vintage vans.)

Slow roast duck

Our locally sourced duck, is slow roasted over our unique wood fired rotisserie using a combination of cherry and apple wood from our very own family orchards. Then finished over a searing hot plancha to crispen up, giving it a taste that will leave you coming back for more.

Our sauces are all home-made using the finest quality ingredients to create the perfect flavour

profiles to match each dish. We are proud to serve our street food to you and know the love we put into our food with give you a real hit of flavour never to forget!

Ingredient's 

We’re proud to only use the best fresh British ingredients. Our artisan bread is baked locally and fresh daily just for us, which creates our signature taste. Wherever possible, we source

our ingredients locally, ensuring quality, and 

helping local businesses. Even the rapeseed oil we use in our fryers is from UK farms.
